What counts as a fresher job on CareerID?
A posting whose employer asks for no prior work experience: a minimum of zero years and a maximum of at most one. Its job page says it is open to freshers and final-year students, and this page lists every one that is still open from a verified company.
Can I apply as a fresher with a low CGPA or from a lesser-known college?
CareerID has no CGPA or college filter, and postings with a JD Score test rank applicants on the score. An employer can still write academic requirements into their own job description, so read the posting before applying.
How are freshers shortlisted?
On postings with a JD Score test, applicants are ranked on a proctored score generated from the job description. Scoring at or above the employer's cutoff, and inside their shortlist size if they set one, moves an application to Shortlisted automatically once results are released, with a note on the application timeline.
Is CareerID free for freshers?
Yes. Creating a profile, applying, taking JD Score tests and attending interviews cost candidates nothing. Charges apply on the employer side.
